Have you already learnt the words that I provided in the previous article, as well as the sentences, I hope you all get them. Today I will put more words and sentences, also I will give out some grammar pointes to help you understand the structure more.

SENTENCES

1. 我们两个公司是竞争对手。

    Wǒmen liǎngge gōngsī shì jìngzhēng duìshǒu.

    We two companies are competitors.

2. 我的电脑被送去检修了。

    Wǒde diànnǎo bèi sòngqù jiǎnxiūle.

    My computer has been sent to examined and repaired.

3. 张秘书，你能帮我打印一下这份合同吗？然后再帮我复印一下这个文件吧。

    Zhāngmìshu, nǐnéng bāng wǒ dǎyìn yíxià zhèfèn hétong ma? Ránhòu zài bāng wǒ fùyìn yíxià zhège wénjiàn ba.

    Secretary Zhang, can you please help me to print this contract? And then please also help me copy this document.

GRAMMAR POINTS

1. “被”字句 (“被”Sentence)

   “被”is used to introduce the agent of the action

    Structure: Object + 被 + (Agent) + Verbal Phrase

    Please note that, the following verbs usually cannot be used in passive voice:

    a) Mental Verb: 希望xīwànɡ， 同意tónɡyì， 愿意yuànyì，关心ɡuānxīn，喜欢xǐhuɑn， 生气shēnɡqì，害怕hàipà，认为rènwéi 等děnɡ。

    b) Posture Verb: 躺tǎnɡ， 坐zuò， 站zhàn 等děnɡ。

    c) Cognitive Verb: 明白mínɡbɑi，懂得dǒnɡdé，感到ɡǎndào，感觉ɡǎnjué，觉得juéde。
